Job Description:

Prepare the ServiceNow enhancement strategies/roadmap and ensure to deliver it within the timelines committed. Identify, measure, and analyze potential opportunities within ServiceNow. Coordinate with internal and external staff to ensure that incidents are resolved prior breach of service level targets. Lead the release/enhancement track within Service Now on agile/waterfall and later on Dev-Ops model following the SDLC process – gathering requirements, solution designing and leading it to completion. Design and develop RFP solution for ServiceNow engagements. Conduct internal process audits and process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines.

Requirements: Requires a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
